VETERINARY ASSISTANT/ VETERINARY NURSE
Meet our newest veterinary nurse, Robbie! Robbieโs journey into the animal care world began at home, where he has been surrounded by animals for as long as he can remember. His passion for working with animals was truly sparked by his sister, who introduced him to the field and encouraged him to take his first steps into veterinary work. Since 2023, Robbie has been gaining hands-on experience working with animals and developing his skills in patient care and animal handling.
At home, Robbie is kept on his toes by his very energetic and delightfully chaotic cat, Taco. Taco is Robbieโs first companion since moving out on his own, and while he certainly keeps life interesting, Robbie wouldnโt have it any other way. Their bond has only strengthened his understanding of the patience, humour, and care that every animal deserves.
Robbie is excited to continue growing in the veterinary field and to be part of a team that brings compassionate care directly to pets and their families. We are thrilled to have him on board and canโt wait to see him develop further in his role!

As part of his wellness visit, we collected a urine sampleโand since it wasnโt too cold out, it was the perfect excuse for a nice brisk walk around the neighborhood ๐พ๐ณโ๏ธ. Gon happily โwalkedโ his humans and showed off his favorite spots along the way ๐ฅ๐๐

This was another successful at-home ๐กveterinary visit for Gon. In the past, clinic visits were very stressful for him ๐ฟ, but receiving care in the comfort of his own home has made such a difference โค๏ธ. This time, Gon was calm, brave, and patient for his wellness exam, vaccinations, and comprehensive wellness + heartworm/tick blood and urine testing ๐๐พโจ.
With his family by his side, Gon didnโt even notice his injections or blood sample collectionโand of course, he happily stayed for some tasty cookies afterward ๐ช๐ฅฐโค๏ธ!!
Gon passed his wellness check and testing with flying colours ๐๐ and is now starting his seasonal tick prevention, with heartworm and flea prevention to follow soon ๐๐ถโค๏ธ.

Over the past several months, Dr. Tina ๐ฆ๐นhad the privilege of meeting Rodrigue ๐ปthrough a series of gentle home๐ก visits as we slowly worked to earn the trust of this mysterious black adventurer ๐โโฌโจ. What began as distant sightings and cautious curiosity eventually blossomed into something truly heartwarming.
Rodrigueโs incredible Beautiful new guardians, Miss Heather ๐ฆ๐น (right) & Mr. Michael๐๐(left), did most of the heavy lifting ๐ชโค๏ธ โ patiently building trust, offering warmth, safety, and kindness until this sweet boy finally felt brave enough to come inside their home this past winter ๐ฅถโ๏ธ. They truly may have saved his life, as surviving another harsh season outdoors would have been uncertain.

After months of patience, we were finally able to get close enough to perform his first full exam โ a huge milestone for this once-untouchable outdoor soul ๐ฅนโจ.
The best part? Rodrigue has decided he LOVES the indoor life ๐ก๐. So much so that he now refuses to leave! His wonderful guardians are officially welcoming him as part of the family while still allowing their brave explorer the option to enjoy supervised outdoor adventures once the warmer months arrive ๐ทโ๏ธ. After his full wellness visit โ including blood, urine, and fecal testing โ this sweet boy decided all was quickly forgivenโฆ especially when treats were involved! ๐ป๐
Stories like Rodrigueโs remind us that trust takes time, love takes patience, and compassion can completely change a life ๐พโค๏ธ. We absolutely adore visiting this beautiful family and watching Rodrigueโs journey unfold ๐ป๐ธ

HELLO TMVS COMMUNITY ๐ถ๐ป๐พโค๏ธMeet handsome Cosmo ๐ถ๐and his Gorgeous guardians Beautiful Laura ๐ฆ๐น, Dr. Sandra ๐ฆ๐น, Scott ๐๐ & Mr. Garrett ๐๐(photos to follow) โค๏ธโค๏ธ๐น๐น๐นCosmo๐ถ is a senior pup and is struggling with mobility issues due to arthritis. When it came time for his senior wellness checkup and blood testing, his loving pet guardians decided a home ๐ก veterinary visit would be less stressful for him ๐ฅฐ๐โค๏ธโค๏ธ Even though Cosmo ๐ถ๐has always been more timid when travelling away from home and in hospital ๐ฅ settings, he did ๐EXCEPTIONALLY ๐ well having his loving human family members right by his side. As usual, Cosmo ๐ถ๐passed his in-home ๐กsenior health exam and blood testing with flying colours ๐๐. He is now all updated on his vaccinations and heartworm/tick prevention for this year ๐ฅฐ๐โค๏ธโค๏ธ๐น๐น๐น๐๐
